A studio apartment, by definition, is a single-room dwelling that combines the bedroom, kitchen, and living area into one large room. A Swim-Up Condo can be any of the following designs, Studio or 1-2-3 Bedroom. They are always located on the Ground Floor of the Development and the main door from the living area and/or Bedroom will lead out to the water. Very Important to check the permitted access level to the water. Some Swim-Up Condos are designed so that only the Residents that have a Swim-Up Condo can access the water, others are connected to the main swimming pool which means your Condo is accessible by everyone in the Development. Average Price Range will be 10% to 20% higher than a Standard Studio or 1-2-3 Bedroom unit in the same Development.

Single Development Land

Land is available in many sizes and is for people looking to design and build their own luxury dream home. Developments close to amenities and with inclusions such as Security, Community Pool and Residential Area are most popular. Most Land is sold as it is, which means it will need to be cleared of trees etc prior to construction. This type of Land usually comes with all services included for connection such as Electricity, Water, Sewage and Telephone/Internet Etc. Size will depend on the location of the Development, closer to town will be more expensive. Size will vary from a small lot at 200 sqm to more traditional size of 3000 sqm - 5000 sqm. Villas and Jungle Villas are designed for privacy. Quite often they are 3 or even 4 Bedroom designs over two levels and typically have a private swimming pool or Jacuzzi. Car Parking space is also another advantage of this type of home. Security is provided as part of the HOA along with a central community area such as BBQ, Palapa and Pool. Size can range substantially from around 2000 to 4000 square feet. Average Price Range USD$250,000 to USD$395,000.

Jungle Land

Jungle Land is usually a few kilometers from the nearest town and can additionally be a few more kilometers from the main road with access by dirt road. Typically sold by acres or hectares and has no utilities. You will need to provide Electricity usually by Solar Panel, you will access water by drilling a sink hole, septic tank for sewage and WiFi is accessed by a satellite dish. Even in the Jungle, there are building restrictions such as the percentage of Land that can have construction, usually 5% to 15%. Some restrictions also state that you cannot have multiple dwellings. This is to protect the Eco system and quite often discourages people from building Jungle cabins for rental Etc. Size of land can vary greatly for the price depending on location or if it is in a gated community. Most Jungle style Lots start at 2000 sqm and can be up to 1 hectare or multiples thereof.
